Becoming a member is quick and easy. Follow our step-by-step instructions and within minutes you are a member and ready to use our service. Have the following information available to join:
- Car make, model, year and color
- Insurance carrier name
- Your insurance policy number and expiration date of policy
- Your credit card information for billing purposes only
Once you agree to the terms and conditions of membership you are ready to make a reservation for our service. Confirmation emails will insure we captured your information accurately and allow you quick and easy access to your membership profile. We look forward to driving with you.
- Flat fee $25 per hour starting with the driver's arrival at your requested time of departure.
- Billing is in 15 minute increments based on the start of the next 15 minute time period that has started.
- Charges will be billed to your credit card provided during registration sign up.
- A receipt will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
- Tips are allowed but are not included as part of the credit card process and must be done if desired directly with the driver.

What if the driver gets into an accident?
- In the case that the accident is 100% the responsibility of the driver, the driver will reimburse you for your deductible, up to $1000.
How do I know we will like the driver when he/she arrives?
- All of our drivers have undergone and extensive background check and training program. Upon the conclusion of your trip you will have an opportunity to provide feedback and rate your driver. Drivers can be selected based on their ratings.
What happens if we want to end the night early?
- All trips are subject to an hourly minimum (2 hour minimum before 4pm and four hour minimum after 4pm)
What if the driver does not show up?
- Our nationwide dispatch center monitors our driver’s on-time performance. In the event of a problem a replacement driver will be dispatched ASAP
What if we need to switch cars at the last minute?
- A current copy of the insurance information must be available in the vehicle. You will be required to enter the vehicle information on our website.
Do we tip the driver?
- Tipping is not required. Passengers may feel free to offer a gratuity in appreciation of exceptional service.
What does the driver do while we are at dinner or a show?
- Unless instructed by you otherwise, the driver will wait in the nearest parking area and be accessible by cell phone.
Can we request a specific driver?
- Yes. You will have an opportunity to request a driver when placing your order.
